CPRW Business Support Services Manager

is a Utah native who resides in Heber with her husband Mat and her daughter Hannah. Karina has an Associate degree in Communications.

Karina has been part of the team since April of 1999. She is a dedicated professional specializing in various secretarial and administrative tasks for a wide variety of clients. One of her specialties is creating resumes. She is a Certified Professional Resume Writer and is a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers.

She is proficient in all Microsoft applications and she can:

  • Assist clients with travel arrangements and calendar management
  • Manage client databases utilizing Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Transcribe client communications, oral histories and meeting minutes
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Create effective resumes
  • Perform all QuickBooks AP/AR and reporting responsibilities for homeowner associations


Marianne Meek

Marianne Meek

Manager, Homeowner Accounts

, has over 25 years experience in account management and customer relations. She started working at the business center in November of 2004. She was born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT and moved to the beautiful mountain region 23 years ago. She lives in Heber City, UT and loves working in Park City, UT.

Marianne meticulously manages our homeowner association accounts. She assists with finances, maintenance coordination, annual meetings, rules and regulations supervision and is a liaison for board members and homeowners. She also assists Karina with office clients secretarial and administrative requests.

She also offers the services of Notary Public.

Front Office Manager

, currently resides in Kamas, UT. Karen started with the business center in January 2006. Karen raised her son Briant in Draper, Utah. Briant is married to Sydney and they have a daughter, Emma and live in Santa Cruz, California.

She has an extensive background in the hospitality industry. Karen is an essential part of our team and brings a positive corporate image to our clients. She will insure that your requests will be met and you will always see her with a warm smile.

She also offers the services of a Notary Public.
